Exhaust System
aFe POWER’s Scorpion series cat-back exhaust system for the 2007-2017 Toyota FJ Cruiser with the V6-4.0L engine offers enhanced speed and style. Constructed from 2-1/2″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel, this exhaust system maximizes flow for increased torque, horsepower, and throttle response compared to the factory exhaust. Featuring a 3-piece design with a less-restrictive baffled muffler, it improves performance while maintaining a deep, smooth tone. Hand MIG-welded by certified craftsmen, the Scorpion exhaust system includes a polished stainless steel 4-1/2″ tip for a clean, finished appearance on your FJ.
Flow and Performance:
This Scorpion Series exhaust system is constructed of 2-1/2″ mandrel-bent aluminized steel, maximizing flow and minimizing turbulence for increased torque, horsepower, and throttle response.
Aggressive Sound:
The 18″ less restrictive, baffled muffler absorbs high pitch tones, producing a powerful, aggressive, smooth tone under load and features an anti-corrosion protective coating.
4-1/2″ dia. Polished Stainless Steel Exhaust Tip:
This exhaust system is finished off with a 4-1/2″ dia. polished stainless steel exhaust tip, providing your FJ Cruiser with a stylish, finished look.
Leak-Free Seal:
High-quality band clamps and hardware ensure a complete 360-degree sealing surface, preventing leaks.
Perfect Fit:
OE-style bayonet hangers maintain stable exhaust pipe location in all driving conditions, with the bayonet tip securing the hanger bushing for a long-lasting, OE-style fit. This ensures easy installation with no cutting required.

Fits TRD Edition models with removal of the rear skid plate.
